About me
Highest quality, accuracy, the necessary sensitivity and first and foremost the joy of interpreting, translating and mediating between different languages and cultures are the distinguishing features which define my approach to work.
2004-2012: Master’s degree studies in conference interpreting at the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITAT), Karl-Franzens University Graz. Master thesis: In my master's thesis I conducted an empirical study about telephone interpreting in the hospital LKH Graz.
2007: Semester abroad in Vladimir/Russia at the Vladimir State Pedagogical University. Major field of studies: Russian language and culture, translation.
2009: Semester abroad in Brussels at the Université Libre Marie Haps. Major field of studies: conference interpreting.
Summer 2013: Post graduate summer course in conference interpreting Russian-German in the context of the International Summer School of the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
Regular member of the Austrian Interpreters' and Translators' Association “Universitas”.
